Wish N' Hope Equine Apppraisals is owned and operated by Noelle Ciccarelli.  Noelle has been in the equine industry for over 25 years. She is a fully certified appraiser through The American  Society of Equine Appraisers.  Certified Equine Appraiser #05156.
 
Noelle was brought up in the equine industry.  She has shown in the hunters, equitation, and jumper rings throughout her junior and adult career.  As a child she was also an active member of Pony Club and 4-H.
 
She has a Bachelors Degree in Equine Studies from Centenary College in NJ. During her college career she was a member and captain of the schools nationally ranked IHSA Team.  She currently has 6 horses and manages her Wish N' Hope Farm in Hope, NJ.  She is also a  Professor and Instructor of Equine Studies at Centenary College.
 
She has a strong backround in many breeds and disciplines and follows a strict code of ethics as mandated by the American Society of Equine Appraisers.
